About This Project

The owners of this original 1970’s home had a specific set of ideas when planning this creative make-over of their existing property and what a difference this renovation has made! The new façade completely changes the look and feel of the home creating a clean, modern and inviting look.
Shipway Constructions was tasked with the job of aesthetically changing both the external and internal feel of the home working from designs and drawings provided by the client’s building designer. The old asbestos shingles were replaced with a new colorbond roof and the façade changed to incorporate feature box panels, a rendered surface and new garage door. Internally, an attic space was created, new stairs were re-positioned and a modern en-suite bathroom and up-dated kitchen were installed. The addition of skylights allowed for a light airy feel throughout the home.
